We stand behind everything we sell. If something shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we'll make it right, no question. We're a small indie operation, and every order is packed by hand with real care. The one thing we can't swing is returns for buyer's remorse — we hope you understand. We're not a big box store, and we appreciate you supporting something independent.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
- The print quality is significantly different from what was shown
In these cases, contact us within 14 days of your delivery date (or 14 days from the expected delivery date for lost shipments). We'll ask for a photo of the issue and ship a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guides before purchasing)
- Minor color variations due to monitor calibration differences
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Digital products or downloadable content
We're a small operation running out of Easton, PA. We put real care into every order. We just can't operate as a rental service.
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, give it 3 business days — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't shown up after 3 days, contact us and we'll open a trace with USPS.
If USPS confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge. We carry shipping insurance on our orders to cover this situation.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
