About Us

My name is Wally Crackodile.

I was a horror film actor for most of my adult life; not a good one, but a working one, which is a different thing entirely.

In 1992, I was given the opportunity to do something different. A children's program in public access on Saturday mornings. Butler Street Studios. The people who put it together did not have entirely good reasons for doing so and 3:00 am wasn't quite the Saturday morning we had in mind, but we showed up anyway and we made something.

The show ran for one season. Then it didn't. That part matters, but not as much as what came before it.

The kids who watched; the Crackids. They stuck with it. They wrote letters. They believed in it longer than they should have. Longer than we deserved, probably.

This is for them.

Crackodile and Friends is back. Not the way it was, not exactly. But close enough to matter.

This shop helps keep it going. That's the truth of it. Every button, every sticker, every shirt; it's proof that someone is still out there paying attention.

If you remember it, I'm glad you came back.
If you don't, that's alright too.
You found it anyway.
