We currently ship to the contiguous United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders ship from Butler Street Studios in Easton, Pennsylvania.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but it's on our radar. If you're outside the US and interested in placing an order, reach out to us at international@crackodileandfriends.com — we'll do our best to work something out.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
During high-volume periods or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer. We'll communicate any delays via the email address provided at checkout.
In-house items ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Butler Street Studios in Easton, PA. Printful-fulfilled items (hoodies, polos, beanies) ship directly from Printful's facility nearest to you. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment.
In-house items (t-shirts, totes, stickers, buttons, coloring books) all ship together in one package:

If your order contains both in-house and Printful items, you will receive two separate shipments with separate tracking numbers. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.
All orders include USPS tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before contacting us — USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered early.
If your package appears stuck in transit or has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with USPS on your behalf.
We carry shipping insurance on our orders. If USPS confirms a package is lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
